General Conditions of Sale

Validity for conditions of sale
Delivery and payment terms are based on the general conditions of sale. Differences are accepted only if they are confirmed in writing.

Conclusion of contract
The contract is valid by sending us a binding order.

Prices
The prices listed in the online shop are effective for orders from the Internet only.
At deliveries in non EU-member countries additional import-tax and customs might accrue.
This import-duties have to be payed by the buyer to the corresponding authorities of the destination.
How much these import duties will be, you can inquire at the corresponding authorities of the destination.
Should Eternal Tango band inadvertently make an error or omission in the product declaration or price, we reserve the right to correct it. 
In this case we would immediately inform the customer of the error or omission, and the customer may either re-confirm the order or cancel the contract.

Payment & Delivery Rates
Prepayment by bank transfer is the only payment method accepted. You'll have to transfer the total amount + shipping fee from your bank account to the Eternal Tango band bank account by using the following Bank and transfer information

The current delivery rates are:
Euro 3,00 applying to the delivery within Luxembourg
Euro 8,00 applying to the delivery to all countries within the European Union und EFTA countries.
Euro 10,00 applying to the delivery to all countries outside the European Union and EFTA countries.
For deliveries outside of the European Union the customer shall be responsible for any and all charges for customs clearances and all export and/or import duties.

These delivery/shippings costs  have to be paid in addition to the order.

We do not accept credit card and cheque payments. Orders sent including cheques or cash will be returned to sender at customer’s sole risk.

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. This typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your country and what bank you use.

Delivery time
Products in stock will be shipped by Eternal Tango band within 2 to 14 working days after the payment is done, depending on destination.
Eternal Tango band bear no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by a third person (supplier).

Possession of goods
The goods remain the property of Eternal Tango band until they are paid in full.

Defects
Minor deviations in the colour of the delivered product and its depiction are due to technical reasons. Deviations may occur in respect of sleeve and back prints, as we at all times strive to provide the most recent version of such print (e.g. current tour dates, improved designs etc.). Due to complex production processes, so-called allover-prints may bear unprinted parts at the fringes of the clothing which are technically unavoidable. The aforementioned circumstances shall not be deemed defects of the product delivered; same shall apply to damages caused by breaching the care instructions.

Right of return and cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order, without stating a reason, within 14 days from receipt of goods.  To safeguard your right to cancel the order, within the 14-day time period, send us written notification (via letter or Email) or return the goods to our address below.
Goods should be returned in good, unused condition, in the original packaging, with the original invoice and other materials (instruction manuals, etc.).  When the goods show evidence of use or wear, there will be a reduction in the amount repaid to compensate for damage.  This can be avoided if the customer unpacks the goods only for inspection and does not use the item before deciding to return it. 
After finalization of the sales agreement, should Eternal Tango band determine that the ordered goods or services can not be provided or due to legal limitations can not be delivered, Eternal Tango band may withdraw from the agreement.  Payments already made would be immediately refunded upon cancellation of the agreement.
Shipping costs are your responsibility.
